Are your products suitable for human consumption?
No. All products are strictly for research purposes only. Our compounds are not approved for human consumption and must be handled by qualified researchers following proper laboratory protocols.
What does "research grade" mean?
Research grade indicates that our products meet high purity standards (>98-99%) and are intended for laboratory research applications. These compounds undergo testing and certification to ensure quality and consistency for scientific study.
Do you ship internationally?

What is the purity of your peptides?
All our peptides are >98-99% pure, verified through third-party testing.Â
How long do peptides last?
Lyophilized (powder) form: 2-3 years when stored properly at 2-8°C in sealed vials.
Reconstituted (mixed with bacteriostatic water): 2-4 weeks when refrigerated at 2-8°C, or up to 6 months when frozen at -20°C.
Do I need to refrigerate my order immediately?
Yes. Upon receiving your order, immediately store all peptide products in a refrigerator at 2-8°C. Do not freeze lyophilized peptides unless reconstituted.
What is bacteriostatic water and why do I need it?
Bacteriostatic water is sterile water containing 0.9% benzyl alcohol that prevents bacterial growth. It's essential for reconstituting (mixing) lyophilized peptide powders into liquid form for research applications. Our bacteriostatic water comes in convenient 5ml single-use ampules.
How much bacteriostatic water do I need?
Each 5ml ampule is designed for single-use reconstitution. One ampule is typically sufficient for one peptide vial. The exact amount used depends on your desired concentration - we recommend 2-3ml per 5mg peptide vial as a standard starting point.
Can I store opened bacteriostatic water?
Our bacteriostatic water comes in 5ml single-use ampules. Once opened, the entire ampule should be used for reconstitution. Do not store opened ampules as sterility cannot be guaranteed.
Can I mix different peptides together?
No. Each peptide should be reconstituted and stored separately to maintain integrity and prevent interactions. Never mix different compounds in the same vial.

Do you offer cash on delivery (COD)?
Due to the temperature-sensitive nature of our products and the need for immediate refrigeration, we do not offer COD. Payment must be completed before shipping.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Orders can be modified or cancelled within 2 hours of placement. After this time, orders enter processing and cannot be changed. Contact us immediately if you need to make changes.
Do you offer discounts for bulk orders?
Yes. For research institutions or bulk orders (10+ vials), please contact us at sales@apexbiothailand.com for volume pricing.
How many bacteriostatic water ampules should I order?
We recommend ordering one 5ml ampule per peptide vial you plan to reconstitute. Since ampules are single-use, having extras on hand is advisable for your research needs.
Example orders:
- 1 peptide vial = order 1-2 ampules
- 3 peptide vials = order 3-5 ampules
- 10 peptide vials = order 10-15 ampules
Shipping & Delivery
How do you ship temperature-sensitive products?
Lyophilized Peptides (Powder Form): Peptide powders are stable at room temperature for short periods and can be shipped via express courier without ice packs. However, upon arrival, products should be immediately refrigerated at 2-8°C.
Reconstituted Peptides: If ordering pre-mixed peptides (special request only), these require cold chain shipping with insulated packaging and ice packs.
Bacteriostatic Water: Can be shipped at room temperature. Store at room temperature (15-30°C) until use.
How long does shipping take?
- Bangkok: 1 business day (express)
- Other provinces: 1-2 business days (express)
- Remote areas: 2-3 business days

Do you ship on weekends?
Yes. Since lyophilized peptides don't require cold chain shipping, we can process and ship orders 6 days a week (Monday-Saturday). Orders placed Sunday will ship Monday.
What if my package is delayed?
Lyophilized peptides are stable during standard shipping times (up to 7 days at room temperature). However, we recommend refrigerating immediately upon receipt for optimal long-term storage.
How will I know when my order ships?
You'll receive an email with tracking information once your order ships. You can track your package in real-time through the courier's website.
Product Handling & Storage
Do I need to refrigerate my order immediately?
Lyophilized peptides: Should be refrigerated upon receipt for optimal long-term storage, though they remain stable for several days at room temperature.
Reconstituted peptides: MUST be refrigerated immediately at 2-8°C.
Bacteriostatic water: Can be stored at room temperature (15-30°C) until use.
How do I reconstitute peptides?
- Ensure peptide vial is at room temperature
- Break open one 5ml bacteriostatic water ampule
- Clean peptide vial top with alcohol swab
- Draw desired amount (typically 2-3ml) of bacteriostatic water into syringe
- Slowly inject water down the side of the peptide vial (not directly onto powder)
- Gently swirl (do not shake) until powder dissolves completely
- Discard remaining bacteriostatic water from ampule (do not save)
- Store reconstituted peptide in refrigerator at 2-8°C immediately

My peptide powder looks clumped or stuck to the side. Is this normal?
Yes, this is completely normal. The lyophilization process can cause peptides to form a cake or stick to vial walls. This does not affect purity or potency.
Can I travel with peptides?
Peptides must remain refrigerated. If traveling, use a medical cooler with ice packs and minimize time outside refrigeration. For air travel, check with airlines regarding transportation of research compounds.
How should I dispose of used syringes and vials?
Used syringes should be placed in a sharps container and disposed of according to local medical waste regulations. Empty vials can be disposed of as regular waste after ensuring they are fully emptied.
